I understand that it is my responsibility to check this line of communication regularly so I don’t miss any important correspondence with the committee. I understand it is my responsibly to update the committee regarding any changes to my details.
I have read and understand the rules laid out in the WAA Rules and Regulations. I understand that failure to follow the rules as laid out in the WAA Rules and Regulations could lead to termination of my tenancy in Westthorn Allotment.
I understand that an allotment is a big responsibility and commit to putting in the necessary time to keep my plot in a suitable standard as outlined in the rules.
I understand the Plot Inspection Procedure as outlined in the Plot Inspection Letter and further outlined in the rules.
I will keep the committee up to date with a personal circumstances that may interfere with my ability to maintain my plot. I understand that each case will be dealt with confidentially and on a case by case basis.
I understand I need to attend at least three plot holders meetings a year.
I understand I need to commit to at least three hours a year to assist in the general upkeep of the allotments. For more information on this I can ask a committee member.
I understand I am not permitted to copy the key for the main gate. If I need a copy I must request a copy from the committee.
